Background
Hi! I'm a CS + Linguistics Major at UIUC interested in all things design:)
My journey into UX + CS began at home, watching my grandparents struggle with technology that didn’t speak their language or fit their needs. When my grandpa, who only spoke a regional Chinese dialect, couldn’t even navigate Google Translate, I saw firsthand how a lack of simple, friendly interfaces pushes people away from digital tools. That moment sparked my passion to build experiences that welcome every user, no matter their background.
Today, I apply that early inspiration to every project, crafting interfaces that bridge gaps, simplify complexity, and invite everyone to participate. My goal is to expand the scope of technology so information and tools become comprehensible and usable for all who desire them, connecting generations, cultures, and communities through thoughtful, inclusive design.

I love to drink coconut matcha, play piano, collect digital cameras, and relax by watching c/kdramas or anime!
